This website was designed with one person in mind. You, the 13 to 18 year-old woman who struggles daily with decisions that have the potential to make an impact on your life, for better or worse. By expressing yourself here and out there in the real world, you can help yourself make lifestyle choices that lead to a healthier life down the road. But it doesn’t stop there. There are others out there just like you, living the same struggle day after day. The great news is that here, you can come together as a sisterhood under one common cause – reducing the risk of cancer. United, you can get through anything. Share your experiences through poetry, writings, thoughts, music, however you choose to express yourself. It’s through creativity that you come together. Since all disease is tied to your mind, body and spirit, it’s important to use everything in your power to preserve the way of life you have now. Get involved. Get active. Get in the spirit.
